How to Access

Navigate to a Company Home page and click NAV in the Shortcuts menu in the left navigation pane.

Feature Overview

Mining Assets: View a breakdown of every individual mine owned by the company in question. Adding all of these together (plus any non-mining assets) provides the company’s Gross Asset Value.
Non-Mining Adjustments: Adjustments such as net debt, exploration expenses, and other corporate factors are subtracted from the Gross Asset Value to arrive at the Net Asset Value for the company.
Price-to-Net Asset Value (P/NAV): Determine the valuation of the company in question through this key multiple, which indicates whether the company’s stock is selling at a premium or at a discount relative to its assets.
Mine Ownership Percentage: Easily ascertain ownership percentage allocations in every listed mine of the company in focus.
Discount Factor: Streamline your analysis by viewing the discount rates used to compute NAV for each mine.
Attributable NAV: Visualize NAV at the individual mine level, adjusted to reflect ownership percentages for each mine.
NAV Per Share: Evaluate investment opportunities more efficiently through pre-calculated NAV per share, measured by dividing the NAV for each mine (or the entire company) by the number of outstanding shares.
