Visible Alpha Promotes Mark Hale to CEO

New York, February 13, 2020 — Visible Alpha today announced the appointment of Mark Hale as Chief Executive Officer. Hale succeeds Founder and CEO Scott Rosen, who will continue to actively drive the company’s vision and transformational services as Founder and Chief Research and Innovation Officer.

Hale, an industry veteran, most recently served as Visible Alpha’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Visible Alpha in 2018, Hale was COO of FactSet, where he spent 22 years in various diverse leadership roles.

“While Visible Alpha is still a young company, I have been working in collaboration with our investment banking investors on the mission that Visible Alpha represents for well over a decade,” said Rosen. “Our aim is not just to deliver impactful data services, but to transform and elevate the way investment analysis is done.
