NEW YORK, May 1, 2024 — S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Visible Alpha, the financial technology provider of deep industry and segment consensus data, creating a premium offering of fundamental investment research capabilities on S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Capital IQ Pro platform. Visible Alpha will be operated within the S&P Global Market Intelligence division.
