In addition to the “Terms of Use” which shall apply to use of the Services, Visible Alpha is required by certain content providers (“Content Providers”) to have separate terms and conditions apply to their content (“Provider Content”) while accessing such Provider Content through the Services. In such case, you are required to comply with the Content Provider’s terms and conditions for the use the use of such Provider Content. The list of Visible Alpha’s Content Providers is provided below. If you do not comply with a Content Provider’s terms and conditions, we may be required to terminate your access to that Provider Content and/or the Services if Visible Alpha cannot separate the Provider content from the Services. Visible Alpha shall have no liability for any reduction to or termination of the Services and you will not be entitled to any remedy.
